ColoVantage® Home Order Pad (for Doctors)

This product is an Order Pad, containing 50 sheets of ColoVantage® Home Order Forms. Doctors can now provide an Order Form to their patients, which they can use to acquire a ColoVantage® Home Kit through their local pharmacy or online.

ColoVantage® Home is a faecal immunochemical test for the screening of bowel disease.
